Can a small logo use the same file as a large one?
Changing size can alter stitch density and detail. Send both dimensions so each required output can be assessed.
Do I need a website account?

Does this website sell finished embroidered garments?
The quote workflow focuses on digital artwork and digitizing. Confirm any physical garment production separately with your chosen supplier.
What should I send after a sample test?
Include a clear photograph, fabric information and a specific description of the area that needs attention.

Can every logo be converted to 3D puff?
No. Suitability depends on the shape, scale and available space. Fine details may need a flat treatment or an approved redesign.
Should I sample before a full run?
Yes. Foam, thread and equipment affect the finish, so your production provider should validate a sew-out first.

Is placing a JPG inside an SVG the same as vector artwork?
No. The embedded image remains pixel-based. Ask for reconstructed paths when editable vector shapes are required.
Can I request both editable and preview files?
Yes. State the required editing format and any PDF, PNG or JPG preview exports in your brief.

Can you redraw from a photograph?
A clear photograph can be assessed. Perspective, glare and missing detail may limit how precisely the original can be reconstructed.
Does a redraw include a new logo concept?
New concepts should be scoped separately. A redraw normally starts from the design you supply.

Must my source file be print-ready to request a quote?
No. Send what you have and explain the goal. The studio can assess the preparation needed before work is agreed.
Will my upload be converted by the quote form?
No. Enquiry attachments retain their original file bytes and filenames; portfolio image optimisation is a separate process.

Does this include physical screen printing?
The online service concerns digital artwork preparation. Physical printing should be arranged with your chosen production provider.
Can you prepare colour separations?
Send the printer’s specification and source artwork. The required separation work and deliverables must be confirmed in the quote.
