Give every stitch a clear purpose.
Embroidery starts long before the needle moves. We translate your artwork into a planned sequence of stitches, balancing the visual identity with the practical limits of the garment and sewing area.
A file built around your garment
Caps, workwear, fleece and lightweight shirts present different challenges. Send the fabric and placement details so stitch direction, underlay and coverage can be considered for the intended application.
Preserve the recognisable details
Small lettering, narrow gaps and fine outlines may need selective simplification. We identify the important elements of your design and discuss adjustments where the requested scale creates a production constraint.
Specify the handover
Request the machine format your decorator uses, such as DST, PES or EXP. If editable EMB or PXF files are needed, include that requirement in the quote rather than assuming every machine export contains editable objects.
Use the sew-out as your final check
A digital preview cannot reproduce the behaviour of every fabric and machine. Have your decorator run a sample and send clear observations if the agreed file needs an adjustment.
Common questions
Can a small logo use the same file as a large one?
Changing size can alter stitch density and detail. Send both dimensions so each required output can be assessed.
Do I need a website account?
No. Submit the quote form with your artwork and receive the response by email.
