Artwork / VLEAD DESIGN SERVICES

A stronger brief makes a stronger handover.

Artwork preparation brings the design and its destination into the same conversation. Define how the visual will be used, who must approve it and what the receiving supplier needs to open and reproduce it.

Establish the intended application

A promotional product, garment graphic and large-format sign can require different artwork decisions. Include dimensions, layout references and the supplier specification wherever possible.

Keep content and assets organised

Send approved wording, logos, licensed images and brand guidance together. Identify the current version so outdated references do not enter the production conversation.

Make feedback actionable

Use one consolidated set of comments with clear locations and requested changes. Separate factual corrections from optional ideas to keep the approval process focused.

Confirm the delivery package

Agree editing formats, production outputs and preview files before approval. Archive the approved correspondence in your own email system for future reorders.

Common questions

Must my source file be print-ready to request a quote?

No. Send what you have and explain the goal. The studio can assess the preparation needed before work is agreed.

Will my upload be converted by the quote form?

No. Enquiry attachments retain their original file bytes and filenames; portfolio image optimisation is a separate process.
